Mr. Brian Taylor

As a teacher, I strive to create a free-thinking and inclusive classroom environment where my students feel comfortable sharing their ideas and opinions. I believe that creativity and problem-solving are essential skills for any designer, and I encourage my students to think outside the box and explore new approaches to design. In addition, I believe that empathy and social responsibility are critical aspects of design, and I strive to foster these values in my classroom. By encouraging my students to consider the needs and preferences of diverse populations, I hope to prepare them to design products and solutions that are inclusive and equitable. Finally, I believe that perseverance, adaptability, and resilience are key traits for success, and I encourage my students to learn from failure and to see setbacks as opportunities for growth and learning. I believe that by fostering a supportive environment that encourages wild ideas and innovation, I can help my students develop the skills they need to become creative, empathetic, and resilient designers who are capable of tackling complex challenges and developing innovative solutions.
